I believe dessert should fit your life, not the other way around.
What started as a way to unwind during a season of burnout turned into a simple realization: I loved baking for my husband and myself, but we were constantly throwing away leftovers from recipes made for families of six or eight.
So I began reimagining classic desserts into single serve and small batch recipes that bring back the joy of baking without the waste. Fresh from the oven, just enough to satisfy the craving without the leftovers.
